Drawn by demanding jobs and hopes for a better life, newcomers often have neighbors they never meet and yearn for friendships they never find.
With professional dreams nearly attained, many see retirement approaching and elusive goals unmet. Just when spouses and children need them most and yearn for their attention, adults throw themselves back into careers for one last push before the retirement bell rings.
After decades of marriage, many see old age approaching, and the blemish of imperfect marriages. Dissatisfied with spouses, hungry for satisfaction, and forgetting God, they set out in search of romance leaving heartbreak and chaos behind.
When health fails, divorce looms, children rebel or jobs disappear, the Garden State is a hopeless place. Material plenty and nature’s beauty don’t meet our personal needs for love and hope.
Blessed with education, good jobs, health, wealth and freedom, but not knowing Jesus Christ, people seek lasting fulfillment in temporary things: status, economic security, and human relationships. The thrill of knowing the eternal God, the privilege of building on His rock foundation, the adventure of changing the world by making Him known--life's greatest opportunities and joys are often overlooked here in central New Jersey.
